Silas Mercer

Silas is a Hobgoblin with a penchant for politeness, paisley and peonies (or flowers in general). They are middle aged and always smartly dressed. He wears his shoulder length grey hair tied tightly back in a horsetail and sports a medium cropped beard in which he often places different flowers for decoration.
