Kingfisher Stormfell

Kingfisher Stormfell (usually goes by just Fisher) showed magical aptitude from a young age, but required a patron for proper arcane tutelage. House Torrent graciously accepted, with the understanding Fisher would serve the house on completion of his studies. Being a fairly conservative, risk-averse individual he has focussed his studies on Divination - it was this inclination that paired him with Prince Gideon in the hopes he would curb his... attention grabbing habits. He has been less than successful on that end. With his heritage a mix of Water and Air Genasi his skin is the colour of rainclouds.
