Episode Four: "Ballroom Battlefield"
Synopsis
The Opening Ball has begun! All prospective matches from across the nations assemble together for a night of festivities, politics, and negotiations. The royals of each nation cross borders and meet those of opposing nations as the political heads of Eldron move to secure favor of those in power. The lesser houses engage in small talk, acquainting themselves with those above and below their stations, while pirates sneak an attendance with unknown aspirations. The evening is filled with merriment and joy.
But not is all as it seems. A Duchess’ proclamation spells disaster for those in attendance, and as the mortals get comfy in their duplicity and schemes, relationships are tested. Bonds are forged, alliances are made, knives are drawn. But all are made equal when death's dance makes its way across the ballroom floor.

Plot Summary
Troyllus and Skylark share a dance before the ball after skylark gives names of her favorite potential matches for her father, landing on Soar Claymore. It’s established that Skylark will stay at the house with Kestral and Brezza during the events of the ball. Estella continues to express her disdain for Troyllus. Estella presses Kestrel to procure an Heir for house Glaive. Ori is introduced, he has be brought up to be next in command and is on his way to the ball to do as such and makes friend with Lysander and Destril, who are coming from the home of three demigods. Inara waits for her brother and after tiring of waiting for him she decides to take Gilgamesh’s form to see chaos where a floral hobgoblin named Sylas immediately clocks her disguise. Inara is intent on causing problems. Gilgamesh at this time finds a large box on his bed with a sword, that activates with the name of his loved one, and heads to the ball. Alastor, Amelia, and Florence meet and head towards the ball to watch the events unfold.
Veyrah heads to the ball and meets with Argus and they make their entrance together to descent looks, while Lyre and Arty collude to one another as the night progresses, navigating the gossip of their “scandal” being found out. Lyre goes to meet Inara and Silas, and the 4 get up to shenanigans together, noting Gil is absent. They note that the demigods are watching all of them and preen to impress when Tier begins to defend the stairs in his slutty little dress, taking 20 years to do it. Otter and Elyan enter the ballroom spectacularly and begin to mingle, where they meet Mina and Kiris, the two share a dance and reminisce about the past. Kiris notices the lack of decorum, and corrects it. For the first time, Mina and Elyan share a connection of romance.
The Claymores then enter with a performance that turns a lot of ballroom eyes. Troyllus catches the announcement and begins to stare at the two. Soar makes her way towards Elyan. Anri and Troyllus connect after she notices Soar and Elyan engaging with one another. Percy and Aerulius enter with Percy stumbling down the stairs. Aerulius goes in search of someone from house mace but is intercepted by the Larkes.
The Mace family enters the ball and split from each other taking to their respective interests. Where Ardena and Desta begin to dance. Millie and Naeric enter and meet with Benjamin after Naeric stumbles and Millie makes a performance of it, showcasing her clear care for her father. Ben, Millie, and Naeric meet and become quickly allied among each other. Naeric offers peanuts to everyone. Drestil meets with his father and the two talk about the mornings events and eventually connect with Ori and Lysander.
Aerulius, gets high after Inara spikes his drink on accident and shows her “subtle” disdain for Tier. The group greets Tier and engages in conversation with him. Serendipity and Sae sneak into the ball. Mimi enters with her friends. The rest of the dancing troupe and Lou enter and is encouraged to engage in the marching season by Eliza. Elsewhere Elderon nobles and politicians find their way onto one of the demigod Alistors platform at his behest.
The Scythes enter the ballroom, where Cassian shows his lack of interest in the events by shifting over to the animals. Onaje makes a massive show as he enters and fumbles down the stairs.
At this point the speech by the Duchess happens.
The Duke of kingsbrook exits his carriage and starts to head up the stairs where he meets Xander, the descendant of his old friend. Hell breaks loose in the ballroom. The ballroom becomes a free for all where each of the unmatched fight for survival without intervention from the demigods. Culminating in the body of Rygard, a tattoo burned into his back, of 4 circles embodying the nations of The Castle, Arma, Cerul, and Elden.
The gods have state that all are equal beneath them, demigod and mortal alike.
